Please have your proper payment available upon your appointment.
Cancellation
Respectfully give a courteous 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments needing to be changed or canceled. Not doing so may result in a cancellation fee and a 50% deposit for future bookings.
No Shows
Any no-shows will result in a complete payment of the no-show appointment and a 50% deposit of all future bookings.
Children
Due to the limited space and immersed atmosphere of the salon, I respectfully ask that you do not bring children unless they are receiving a service.
Return Policy
Any product purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase for product exchange only.
Service Pricing
Service prices can alter due to the respective individual and their current hair conditions. Some services require a consultation and a deposit to book.
